  • Remote/controlled areas may require extra time or charges.
  • COD for spares up to Rs 50,000 (coverage varies); heavy equipment is advance only.
  • Tell us if you need a tail-lift/forklift or have access restrictions—we’ll arrange the right truck.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. Spares can be returned within 7–14 days, and heavy equipment within 7 days if unused. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. Damaged shipments must be reported within 24–48 hours.

Our Return Policy — Clear & Hassle-Free

At Static Plus, we believe in long-term trust. Every order is inspected, packed, and shipped with care, but if something isn’t right, our returns and exchanges process makes it simple for you to resolve issues.

What You Can Return

  • Spares & Accessories — within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Machines, Booths & Ovens — within 7 days, provided the unit is unused, uninstalled, and packed in original condition.

Conditions for Return

  • All items must include manuals, cables, accessories, and invoice/PO.

  • Custom-built equipment, opened consumables (filters, powders, nozzles), electrical parts once installed, and clearance items are not eligible.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your delivery at the time of receipt. If there is visible damage or shortage:

  • Note it on the delivery receipt.

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos or video.
    Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee (0–15%).

  • Shipping, freight, and installation charges are non-refundable.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the issue is our error or product defect, we arrange a pre-paid return.

  • If it’s a wrong part ordered or change of mind, the customer bears return freight costs.

Warranty vs. Returns
Issues arising after installation are managed under our Warranty Policy. We repair or replace as per warranty terms, not via return.

How to Request a Return (RMA)

  1. Receive your RMA number and packing instructions.

  2. Pack securely with all accessories and invoice copy.

  3. Ship to our returns facility or request pickup (if available).

  4. Once inspected, your refund or exchange is processed.
