Welcome to coatingmachinespk.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Coating Machines (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and our products and services, including powder coating machines, spare parts, consumables, accessories, installation, and after-sales support (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting the Website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Business Use

Our products are primarily intended for commercial and industrial use. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are purchasing for business purposes.

2) Accounts & Information

  • You may create an account to view quotes, orders, and invoices. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (billing, shipping, tax details, etc.).

3) Quotations, Pricing & Taxes

  • All quotations are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise and remain valid for 7 days from issue.
  • Prices may change prior to our acceptance of your order. Obvious clerical errors may be corrected.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and charges unless expressly stated as inclusive. Any applicable taxes/duties will be added to your invoice.

4) Orders & Acceptance

  • Your purchase order (PO) or online checkout is an offer to buy. We accept your order upon written confirmation, issuance of a pro forma invoice, or receipt of the agreed advance—whichever occurs first.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error).

5) Payment Terms

  • Accepted methods: Bank transfer, online transfer, pay order, or other approved methods. Cash handling is limited.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a 50% advance at order confirmation; the remaining 50% is payable at delivery. COD without the 50% advance is not available for machinery.
  • Late payments may incur a financing/late fee at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
  • Title to goods remains with the Company until full payment is received (retention of title).

6) Lead Times, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Typical lead/dispatch time: within 24 hours of order confirmation and receipt of any required advance (subject to stock and business hours).
  • Delivery terms are Local Delivery / Ex-Works as specified in your quote/invoice. Courier/freight charges (if any) will be communicated.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier or upon delivery per the agreed terms.
  • Inspect goods on receipt and notify us of shortages or visible damage within 48 hours and of hidden defects within 7 days.

7) Installation, Commissioning & Training

  • If included in your order, installation/commissioning will be performed by our team or authorized partners subject to site readiness (power, compressed air, ventilation, foundations, etc.).
  • Additional visits due to site non-readiness or access delays may be chargeable.
  • Basic operator training is provided where agreed; extended training/SOPs are available as optional services.

8) Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product. Please contact us for the applicable warranty for your item(s). Warranty does not cover consumables (e.g., filters, nozzles) or damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized service, or operation outside specifications. Our obligation under any warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.

9) Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

  • Made-to-order/customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Standard items may be returnable within 7 days of delivery, unopened and in resalable condition, subject to prior RMA approval and a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping/risk are your responsibility.
  • Cancellation requests must be in writing. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun; fees may apply for standard items to cover processing/logistics.
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) claims must be reported within 72 hours with evidence (photos/videos) for troubleshooting and resolution.

10) Technical Specifications & Product Images

Specifications and images are provided for guidance and may vary due to continuous improvements or supplier updates. Minor deviations that do not materially affect performance do not entitle cancellation or rejection.

11) Software, Firmware & Documentation

Any software/firmware is licensed (not sold) and subject to applicable license terms. Manuals and documentation may not be copied or distributed without permission.

12) After-Sales Support & Spare Parts

  • We offer reasonable technical support during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00 PKT).
  • Spare parts availability is subject to stock and supplier schedules; lead times and pricing will be shared on request.

13) Health, Safety & Compliance

  • You are responsible for ensuring your premises, utilities, operators, and processes meet applicable laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement appropriate PPE, ventilation, grounding, and fire-safety protocols for powder-coating operations.

14) Intellectual Property

Website content, trademarks, logos, product names, images, text, and media are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as necessary to use the Website for its intended purpose.

15) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

  • Do not misuse the Website (e.g., introduce malware, scrape data, circumvent security, infringe IP, or post unlawful content).
  • You may not resell or export controlled items in violation of export controls, sanctions, or trade laws.

16) Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including loss of profit, production downtime, or business interruption). Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

18) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the products or Website, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

19) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, accidents, transportation disruptions, and shortages.

20) Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

21) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with the “Effective date” updated. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

22) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Courts at Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Before litigation, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through negotiation for at least 15 days.

23) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with your quotation, purchase order, and invoice, constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter.
